I’m allowed to use your commission as advertising (ex. Putting it in my portfolio, upcoming/future commissions, and posting on social media; please let me know beforehand if you do not wish for it to be posted.)

I will only do 1 revision of the sketch if you did not like it. Any extra revision's will be an upcharge in what I see fit.

I'm allowed to work/post on personal artwork while working on your commission.

Commissioned work is for personal use only. You are welcome to use it as an icon, banner, etc. please do give proper credit if so.

I do not consent or allow my work to be given to any AI / NFT !!!!

Have payment ready and upfront when messaging me. I will not do half payments, etc.

If payment isn't received in aprox. 3 days, i'll pass the slot to someone else.

I accept payment through kofi & paypal invoice. i'll announce which of these sites i'll be using for payment.

Please provide an email so I can send your commissioned piece in better quality. Especially for invoices !

Please provide clear reference images about characters i'll be drawing. No reference sheet means no commission.

Feel free to provide commentary if you want something in particular before I begin working. If you prefer, it can be up to artist choice ! when that sketch is done, i will ask if it meets with your vision !

After I receive payment I begin on your commission and keep you updated if it's in sketch/coloring/rendering stage through trello.

I will be in close contact in it's thumbnail phase. I can't proceed if no approval on the thumbnail. I'll also be linking you my Trello in this step.

roughly my work pace is 1-2 weeks if there's no delay in my personal life. if there's something going on, it will be 1-2 months. I'll let you know if something happens, I ask for you to be understanding.
